Not only are we celebrating Halloween week here in Las Vegas, we’ve also got our first wave of rodeo competitors hitting town for the 2009 PBR World Finals at the Thomas & Mack. The cowboys and gals will be easily identifiable as the folks still in costume after Saturday night and the second wave comes in December when NFR steps into the spotlight.

Thursday, Oct 29
Fremont Street Experience – PBR World Finals Kick Off Party at the Golden Nugget Experience Stage, 7 pm-10 pm. The top 40 riders who will be competing at the Thomas & Mack will be introduced.
Rockhouse Bar & Nightclub – Ladies Night sponsored by Jack Daniel’s. Ladies drink free well drinks and drafts from 10:30 pm-midnight. Costume contest with $500 to the sexiest lady.
Friday, Oct 30
Hard Rock – The Joint – Bull draft and after party with entertainment by Justin McBride. Doors open at 7:30 pm. $15 with PBR ticket, $20 without.
Mandalay Bay – Mizuya Lounge – Nightclub PBR – Party with the stars from midnight until 2 am. Live music by Aquarius.
Friday, Oct 30- Sunday, Nov 8
Mandalay Bay – PBR Fan Zone & Marketplace – 10 am until 5 pm daily except Nov 2-4 (noon until 5 pm) and Nov 8 (9 pm until 3 pm). This will be the primary location for this year’s Fan Zone with Flint Rasmussen and Drafts on the Enterprise Main Stage and Little Wool Warriors and bull riding at Wrangler University. Thomas & Mack Center – This is the secondary location for the this year’s Fan Zone. Hours are Thurs-Sat, 3:30 pm-6 pm. Sun, Nov 1, 1 pm-3 pm. Sun, Nov 8, 10 am-11:30 am. This location features the US Smokeless Tobacco museum, Jack Daniel’s salon, Ford fan experience, US Air Force activities and more.
