Body English has been rumored to be on the chopping block for a couple years now but the axe will finally fall for good on the venerable Hard Rock nightclub after one final New Year’s Eve bash, according to this ad running in the November 2009 issue of 944 Magazine.

Apparently, the circle of nightlife at the Hard Rock will be completed immediately with the opening of Vanity on the same evening.

Sunset Station welcomes Nawgahyde – Kick Ass Mustache Rock from Southern Cali – and @GoLasVegasBaby’s 100th follower on Twitter – to the Club Madrid stage for tonight’s Daisy Duke Look-a-Like Contest with $250 cash prize up for grabs. Best Bean Bags win your share of $500 (<–  we have no idea what that means but the fine print says see Rewards Club for details). Drink specials include $2 Red Bull and vodka cocktails and 92-cent drafts from 9 pm-11 pm presented by KOMP 92.3. Doors open at 9 pm.

Santa Fe Station presents Free Rock Staurday where Just Like Priest and Empyre will pay tribute to Judas Priest and Queensryche, respectively in the Chrome Showroom. The show starts at 10 pm and admission is free.
