The Taste & Sounds of Soul kicks off on Fremont Street at the Third Street extension. The street fair includes entertainment, art, merchandise and food specials from local restaurants from 4 pm-1 am. Also performing are Man on the Street (K-ARL) at 7 pm on the 1st Street Stage, Carl Ferris (solo saxophonist) at 7 pm at Casino Center and MOCCA at 8 pm on the 3rd Street Stage.  The festival continues tomorrow (11 am-1am) and Sunday (noon-10 pm). Admission is free.
