It’s New Year’s Eve and Sin City is gearing up for another spectacular end of year celebration. The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada is doing its part to keep the city safe by offering free bus rides starting at 6 pm tonight and running through tomorrow morning at 9 am.
